Medical Device Assembly Technician (m/f/d)

As an Assembly Technician (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the manufacturing of our medical devices and make a significant contribution to their quality and functional reliability. Your responsibilities will include assembling subassemblies and medical devices, manufacturing and adapting components, and carefully inspecting individual components as well as finished products. You will also document the individual work steps, complete checklists, and record relevant product data. With your structured and independent approach to work, you will help ensure smooth production processes and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.


Your Responsibilities

  • Assembly of subassemblies and medical devices
  • Soldering, final soldering, and crimping of components and subassemblies
  • Manufacturing and adapting components required for assembly
  • Performing functional, quality, and final inspections
  • Documenting assembly processes and recording serial numbers
  • Completing assembly and commissioning checklists
  • Supporting internal service and technical support activities
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of information within the team


Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, Industrial Mechanic, Precision Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Independent, careful, and responsible way of working
  • Strong quality awareness and sound technical understanding
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, combined with good communication skills
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • English language skills are an advantage
